Installed this on my bike, 2/18/2013, it took all of 10 minutes to install, and it fits like a glove. It also has a side affect that I think I will enjoy, it has added some stiffening to the windshield. The only downside that I can see is that it has a row of rivets across the back that will vibrate against the windshield and eventually scratch it. I plan on taking mine and running a strip of Velcro (soft side)across the back of the bag, soft side against the windshield, this should at least keep it from scratching the glass.
