Came with my bike. These bags look very nice on this bike and go well with the Saddlemen classic studded seat. Easy install I also waterproofed them.

Just added saddle bags to my bike and was looking at a lot of brackets and bags, finally went with Leatherneck Jims made in the USA heavy duty Leather and what a great choice and these brackets and bags are the best out there. When you want to wash your bike or take it in for service these brackets are attached right to the bag and with a turn of a key the bags and bracket are off leaving the bolts. Only thing is when you install make sure you have two people and first use a strong tape(I used duct tape) to hole the bracket onto the bag before you drill to make sure both sides are level and looking at both bags on the bike again before drilling and make the final attachment of the bracket to the bag. When you attach the bags the washers are way to same so I went to the hardware store and picked up bigger washers which will hold more weight to the bracket making it more secure. The washer cost me a big total of .75 cents. The bags I got were the Desperado with the stud around the fron...

Replacement for the large slant bags I had. I love the look so I went with the same brand and style for replacing my old bags that had just worn down and started to fall apart. They were over 7 years old and had seen a lot of miles. These bags are a touch larger. They are the absolute largest my bike could handle. Anything bigger would be way too big for the bike. I like the new quick release buckles and the built in locks. It seems like they made some smart upgrades to these bags.

These bags are too small for this bike. They fit my dad's 750 v-star much better. I bought them based on reviews from other people and forums, but I regret it. I thought I received the wrong size at first, but after comparing my measurments to the dimensions listed I have decided they are the correct bag. The strings that hold them to the supports came of exactly a year from the purchase date. Other than that, the bags have held up well. I do reccomend mounting them like this forum shows though. http://www.kawasakimotorcycle.org/forum/kawasaki-cruisers/81954-vn900-classic-saddle-bags-cover-recommendations.html

These are a much better fit than the large size Look much better on the bike and, of course, hold more too Pity they don't have the quick release buckles like some of the other brands It's a bit fiddly undoing and doing up the straps all the time But hey, they look good and suit the bike with my studded bib and studded seat (Mustang)

Great bags for the price... they look great, seem well built and worth the money. I used clamps to attach them to the saddlebag supports and they are almost necessary if you want to eliminate every bit of flopping. Otherwise they do provide a great deal of fastening options.
