UPDATE 3/26/10 The bags didn't hold their chape that long, started to split along the bottom seam, and love to flap in the wind (I had to poke holes in the back and use zip ties). The also sit on the stock exhaust unless you mount so the top of the bag is higher than the passenger seat. Looking back, I should have saved my money and bought some leather wrapped hard bags...
