Looks awesome. However, it's a royal pain in the butt to install on an '04 Sabre. Had to break out the cutting wheel and grinder on the front bracket to the seat. It was too wide and too long to fit under the tank. Also had to drill out the rivets on the back bracket to the seat because once the front fit properly (snug to the tank), the back bracket was short of the seat bolt by about an inch. Slid the back bracket back to line up froperly and drilled new holes to remount the rear bracket where it needed to be on the seat (very carefully as I didn't want the fiberglass to break). Took about 2 hours, but it fits like a glove and looks great. Driver part of seat is a little stiff, but comfy enough for me. It'll break in a little over time, but the look is worth it for me. It's not too uncomfortable for me to complain. The passenger seat is a different story. The fiance hates the new seat, but it's staying. May invest in a gel pad for her. If you do alot of two up riding, you may have to...

I Have a 2003 Saber and the seat states (97-02) dont worry once you get it you'll think it was made for the 03 too. Perfect fit. Only had to tansfer rubber knubs from stock to Saddleman, had to make holes for knubs a bit bigger with drill in new seat. 2sec job. Also took new knubs for the front of saddle and shaved then down to be same size as rear stock knubs. Very comfortable seat alot smaller then stock, dont know about long trips I.E. over 3hrs at a time looks great worth the money Now if we can get some thinner side cover, that go with the sleakness of the seat will be set for a really comfortable ride.

The stock seat was to wide for me but this seat is excellent it made me enjoy the long rides again. It is thinner and 3 inches narrower but very comfortable.

Ok, it looks great and it feels good for short rides, so I usually have this saddle on my bike. It allows me to be closer to my machine. Longer rides may become tedious. The quality is fine. The value is fair. It works for me and I recommend it for anyone who wants a performance oriented not too expensive hot looking saddle.

The seat did not fit the bike I had to drill holes in the rear fender and add a mounting screw to get the seat to fit. The sewing on the seat is coming loose and the padding is sticking out of the cover. I have had no help from CC resolving this problem.

Update on this seat. After 3 months the stitching on the seat is coming loose. Right behind the tag on the rear of the seat the foam is starting to come out of the leather. I have not talked with CC yet I will advise if they help me out with this problem. The seat is very hard and is good for only short rides under 100 miles. You have no back support and tend to slide back on the seat all the time and have to re-position yourself to keep a good grip on your bars. The seat will not fit all the way up to your gas tank it leaves a small gap the seat needs to be about 1'' longer. This really ruins the looks of the seat. The seat did do what I was looking for lowering my seat height by about 1 ½''. You can achieve almost the same thing by putting a set of progressive 11'' shocks on your bike and keeping the more comfortable seat.

Just like every one else says, put your old seat back on for long trips. Other than that I love the seat. I lowers you about 3 inches and you get that low rider feal.
