Incorporating our famous viscoelastic SADDLEGELTM, these Gel Pads have been designed by fellow motorcycling enthusiasts. They help absorb road shocks and vibration. A unique strap system ensures easy installation, works with all types of bikes and ATVs. The harness system remains on the machine even when the Gel Pad is removed for security. Gel Pads can be preheated or cooled to help make your ride more comfortable in adverse weather conditions. They come three sizes: medium, large and x-large, and are available with a spandura or synthetic sheepskin cover as well as raw gel for those of you who prefer to install the gel yourself.

No-slip grip backside holds pad in place. Strap included for extra security. (See Photo 1)
Medium dimentions: 9" long --- 7 1/2" wide at back --- 5-1/2" wide at front.
Large dimentions: 10" long --- 13-1/2" wide at back --- 7-1/2" wide at front.
X-Large dimentions: 12" long --- 15" wide at back --- 8" wide at front.

Junk. dont waste your money on this thing. It is harder than my original seat, and looks like garbage when it is on your bike. dont buy it. you will save $20.00 in shipping charges to get it and turn around and send it back.

I bought this pad in XL for my Mean Streak after my Mustang seat began to really bother my backside. The Mustang has been an overall disappointment compared to Mustangs I've had on other bikes and seems to be getting more uncomfortable over time. In anticipation of a 5000+ mile trip that I just got home from yesterday I tried to go the route of the seat pad to avoid having to buy yet another new seat. The size was perfect and I was excited about getting a more comfortable ride on this trip than what I've gotten used to with just the Mustang. In the end (no pun intended), this pad was a painful disappointment on long days on the road. The gel felt hard under my poor, tortured bottom and offered no relief from an overall painful ride and still created hotspots in all of the same places as the Mustang. I did find, however, that I could get some relief if I would go back and forth between the bare seat and the pad at each gas stop just to offer a little variety to my poor, aching posterio...

Based on other reviews I purchased the XL version with the sheepskin. It fits the stock seat of my bike fine - go with the XL size minimum. The strap system is questionable - they don't stay in place on the only locations I could find to hook on the straps. However, taking my seat off and girdling it with the straps, then mounting the seat back on the bike seems to solve the problem of where to mount the straps. I took a 7100 km trip to Mexico and back, and my butt appreciated the gel pad...
