I cannot say enough good things about this product, the best way to sum it up is they worked exactly as advertised. Unfortunately today that is asking a lot for a product. Sound is great, range is great, pairs with my Android phone, my wife's pairs with her iPhone ... it was so easy.

As always I was pleased and satisfied with ordering parts from CCC, and I'll continue to purchase items here. Instal on these was a breeze. I went on an eleven hour ride with me and my brother. We went through Mirror Lake Highway in Utah and they worked seamlessly. There were several times where we were completely out of sight from each other, but they never cut out. They lasted the whole 11 hours without needing to be re-charged and I'm impressed by that as we had them on most of the time. There is one issue I had though but I'm not sure if it's with these, or my cell phone. The quality of these units is top notch, and when I was looking at the charging wires they have the same connectors as my cell phone. This was a great purchase and I can't imagine not having it now. It was easy to install on the helmet and easy to get paired up with my phone. So far no problem using the phone and nobody seems to have any problem to hear me. Good sound level. Music playback is not as full as with ear buds but sounds good enough for me. I can now hear the road a little better and easily control the volume.

I ended up buying this communication system because of all the good reviews I read, and I have to say that I did not get disappointed. I bought it mainly to be able to talk to my wife while she's on the back of my bike, and for that it works great, especially when I use my full face helmet. When comparing using this communication system mounted in a full face- versus an open helmet, there is not much of a comparison. Talking on the phone works fine with an open helmet but because of the wind noise you can not hear the music clearly enough to enjoy it, even though I ride a bike with a big windshield. It is very easy to set up and use this communication system. With just a click on a button I can talk to my wife, answer the phone or listen to music, and the button is big enough to use while wearing gloves. One of the best, if not the best, headset out there, ease of use, clarity of the speakers, ability to get the accessory that allows use of your own earbuds, clear speech on the phone, not to mention the quick connections to both my Ipod and cell phone. all in all I would not use any other headset after having this one. I got the dual simply because I now have an extra module for on the road that I can use while the other is on charge. Highly recommended.

Product was everything as stated other than the distance isn't accurate. I can only get communication to approx. 250 yards. When riding double up bike communication is good, but when riding with other bikes you have to be pretty close.

Sitting behind the windshield (open face helmet) the person on the other end of the phone can't even tell I'm on the bike.
