This was a great purchase and I can't imagine not having it now. It was easy to install on the helmet and easy to get paired up with my phone. So far no problem using the phone and nobody seems to have any problem to hear me. Good sound level. Music playback is not as full as with ear buds but sounds good enough for me. I can now hear the road a little better and easily control the volume.

Product was everything as stated other than the distance isn't accurate. I can only get communication to approx. 250 yards. When riding double up bike communication is good, but when riding with other bikes you have to be pretty close.

Can't connect more than 15 metres apart at my house. My boy stands at the front door and I get to the driveway entrance on my bike and it disconects the intercom. Wearing a open face helmet there is a little wind noise at 70km an hour but can still hear very well, I'd imagin at higher speeds I'll lose voice comunication but for open air this is expected. It says in the instruction that once paired with blue tooth it reconects automaticaly, it dosn't I have to reconnect manualy every time I go for a ride. Finnal comment. I can chat with my boy and listen to music so all is good.

Really happy I bought this intercom system... Super simple to use for phone via blue tooth and my sansa clip mp3 player with the cable provided. Sound is outstanding both calls and songs... Haven't used bike to bike yet. I will add that I decided to do a mod on my scorpion exo100 half helmet by cutting a small slit opening in the black trim where the clamp could slide up inside the helmet and lock in place this avoided the use of the double stick tape attachment (see photo on my profile) I'm sure this will void any warranties on the helmet but I thought it was better then losing the intercom if the tape didn't hold as I have read on other websites.
