Unfortunately today that is asking a lot for a product. Sound is great, range is great, pairs with my Android phone, my wife's pairs with her iPhone ... it was so easy. As always I was pleased and satisfied with ordering parts from CCC, and I'll continue to purchase items here. Instal on these was a breeze. I went on an eleven hour ride with me and my brother. We went through Mirror Lake Highway in Utah and they worked seamlessly. There were several times where we were completely out of sight from each other, but they never cut out. They lasted the whole 11 hours without needing to be re-charged and I'm impressed by that as we had them on most of the time. There is one issue I had though but I'm not sure if it's with these, or my cell phone. The quality of these units is top notch, and when I was looking at the charging wires they have the same connectors as my cell phone. I have a really old and flimsy cigarette charger for my cell phone so I happily tossed that in the trash. As we were on our ride, I had my phone plugged into my bike's 12v outlet and even... I bought it mainly to be able to talk to my wife while she's on the back of my bike, and for that it works great, especially when I use my full face helmet. When comparing using this communication system mounted in a full face- versus an open helmet, there is not much of a comparison. Talking on the phone works fine with an open helmet but because of the wind noise you can not hear the music clearly enough to enjoy it, even though I ride a bike with a big windshield. It is very easy to set up and use this communication system. With just a click on a button I can talk to my wife, answer the phone or listen to music, and the button is big enough to use while wearing gloves. Being able to talk to my wife while she is on the back off my bike is well worth what I paid for this communication system, because it makes our rides so much more enjoyable. I still u... (5 stars) reviewed on 03/23/12 by(iSean1) from , , for a Bonneville T100 wrote: Outstanding Bluetooth Headset. I have a few of these units. One dual pack and one single for an additional helmet. My wife and I use these daily solo or when riding together. They are easy to operate, even with a gloved hand. No fiddling with tiny buttons. Operation is simple and intuitive. Range is superior to others in its class. Software upgradeable. Class leading product. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

I got the dual simply because I now have an extra module for on the road that I can use while the other is on charge. Highly recommended. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

Works extremely well and fits almost any Helmet, very robust design with multiple charging options supplied (AC mains/12VDC/USB). I have one on my open face and the second on my wife's full face. Apart of a bit of wind noise on the open face helmet, quality is crystal clear and units are very easy to install and set up. Works seamlessly with iPhone via Bluetooth. Highly recommended. At first my wife was like, "Oh, I don't really need that". Well, I knew better. In the car she always has to have her tunes and she never stops talking (sorry Hun, it's true), so I knew our rides would be much more enjoyable if she could listen to music and talk on her phone, oh, and talk to me every once in a while too. Long story short, it totally transformed our riding experience. Now she can't stop talking about the Sena. I love it too because I can listen to the GPS and music at the same time and easily switch back and forth with the phone and intercom. Speakers put out plenty of volume even at highway speeds. Sitting behind the windshield (open face helmet) the person on the other end of the phone can't even tell I'm on the bike. Without a windshield or face shield on your helmet you'll need to cup your hand over the mike when you talk or you'll get some wind noise. Easily paired with my Droid X and installation was sooooo s... Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(5 stars) reviewed on 05/17/11 byPinfold (Pinfold) from Ridgefield, WA, United States, for a 2010 1300 VT1300 Interstate wrote: Bought this for my wife and I, as she (at 37) just learned to ride and got her license. She was very nervous about her first rides, so I thought this would be a great way to be able to communicate and help her along. Sena, a brand I was not familiar with, has established itself (in my mind) as near perfection. Not only is the installation simple, but the ease of use (having essentially two buttons total) is amazing. Sound quality, ease in pairing, length of charge, and volume level are all excellent. My wife told me days after we started riding together that this was the single most helpful tool she had in learning to gain confidence. I had read a ton of research on bluetooth tools before purchasing, and ultimately decided on Sena's SMH10 Dual Pack - and can honestly say that I have rarely been so happy with the quality of a product. Well done Sena. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

I had been looking for a communication system that was reasonably priced but worked well. I found it with the Sena Intercoms. My wife and I can talk easily at speed, I can talk with my friends while on the road, listen to music or answer calls on my phone. The clarity is amazing! We have used these on all day rides and did not run out of power. I would HIGHLY recommend this system. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
