I bought this product and have never had any experience with helmet electronics, etc before. The installation was simple on my HJC AC12 Helmet. No problem. I installed the mount via the clip (recommended method) and it was a breeze. Had it installed in about 2 minutes. I took a minute (that's all) to route the speaker wires and set the speakers which is dead nuts simple. They just attach to where your ears go inside the helmet with velcro. Nothing to it. Adjusted the microphone for location and charged the headset. Took about 2.5 hours to charge the headset. The speaker volume is phenomenal with this headset. It can get so freaking loud it would hurt your ears, or quite quiet. Very good and simple adjustments, and also quite easy to make calls, etc. I have not yet tried this in intercom mode, only hooked it up to my Iphone 3gs and it works seamlessly.
