Does not fit. With the windshield bracket installed, this stud is not long enough. The only way to get this stud to work is to not screw the stud all the way into the risers, making sure to leave enough room for a lock washer and nut to replace the stock self-locking nut. I'm not sure how safe it would be either. I imagine that once the bars are on and the nut tightened down nice and snug, it should be alright.
