these where a true plug an d play, install was easy, the grips heat up great, also the saftey feature works, when the voltage drops below 12.3 they shut off, so if you forget to turn them off it won't drain battery, and no need to add a relay or switch power source with that feature, only complaint is they could include some grip glue with the grips

Purchased these from Cruiser Customizing back in January but just got around to install them. So simple that I managed it on my own! A little window cleaner under the old grips, and they slipped off. After that it was just the matter of glueing the new grips on. Very happy with the look too! Recommended product for very little money. Come on winter, I'm ready! The only thing is that heat controller brackets aren't for 1 inch bars so there is a gap between the two.

Included in purchase of bike. They definitely do the trick, I ride all year long in the DC area, even in 14 degree weather last year. With WWII extreme cold weather mittens heated by the grips, I had toasty fingers all winter.
