(5 stars) reviewed on 03/09/13 byPerry Noll (pnoll) from Iberia, MO, US, for a 2006 Black 1300 VTX1300R (S) Retro wrote: They add the Retro look to the spotlights.I Put these on the CW1-01-0086 spotlights. First forget the instructions that come with the visors, throw them in the trash. Second the screw that holds the ring on is going to be way too small when the visors are in place. You have to go to lowes or a hardware store and purchase 2 (6-32 X 1-1/4) stainless steel screws with matching nuts (unfortunatley you can't buy just 2). Then once the old screws are removed, take pliers and remove the 2 tabs on the visors, (you may have to file down the excess). Without removing the rings on the spotlight just slide the visors into the bottom of the ring and slide the visors to the top of the spotlight until centered. Then replace the old screws with the new ones and tighten snug. Done, looks great. I gave 2 stars for ease of installation, because I spent and hour or more on one light trying to get the old screw to hook up, finally figured out needed longer screws. Let them set on the work bench for a 3 month cool down and did it my way. LOL Second try at this: My way they were very easy to put on. Mounted the lights to the bike first. Start at one end of the visor and push them in through the front of your lights working your way around the visors. Install took less than 5 minutes for both lights. Ahaaaaa.
