The only difference is that on an 02', there is no "pass button". So there will be a hole in the new housing for the pass button. Gotta get a switch blank to cover it. The install wasn't too difficult. you just have to put everything back the SAME WAY YOU TOOK IT OUT!!!!!! Other than that, its pretty simple.
