Replacing a Cobra cover that got ugly. Stone chips maybe started the chrome flaking off. This one is a much better quality but kinda plain looking.

This is a nice piece of chrome. You don't realize how ugly that area is until you cover it with chrome. Very easy to install. You definitely need to cover the drive shaft at the same time.

If you purchase this with the drive shaft cover make sure you push the shaft cover back far enough for the bolt cover not to leave a gap. Even if you do that the bolt cover doesn't quite marry up to the shaft cover leaving gaps ... but only if someone is looking closely. I bought the Cobra shaft cover - maybe with the Show Chrome shaft cover the pieces fit togehter more tightly. Very easy installation - use lock tite on the set screws.
