Since the Valkyrie has no practical helmet-holding option, adding something like this was necessary. It was easy to replace the clutch lever pivot bolt with this stud, but the small brass padlock looks a bit off. Too bad there isn't a more finished and integrated solution.

Excellent idea ,Works great. Much better than the strap under the seat.What was Honda thinking.Did not fit on my bike without several modifactions .Stud was too long which needed washers and the handlebar clamp had to be drilled out.
