Probably easier with two pairs of hands, but not impossible with just one pair - just takes a bit of fiddling to make it fit. You might want a torque wrench to tighten up the top engine bolts to 48 Nm and the floorboard bolts to 64 Nm. Now, the bad part as to why I rated these so low: the right hand side bar sticks about 1/2 inch more forward than the left and therefore they look like they are differnt sizes. As there is no way to readjust the bars as they mount to the engine mounts and floorboard mounts, this is obviously a very poor design flaw. Very disappointed [i.e., extremely pissed-off!] with these bars as a result and I would not recommend them to anyone who cares about the visual balance of the bike. I particulary liked the 45 degree rise from floor board so no road scraps from hard lean turns. It also goes forward about 30 degree from floor boards providing plenty of clearance for your feet to dance around brake and gear shift. Used locktite as directed for mounting; Install easy.
