Kits come complete with mounting bar bracket which will mount on the fork under the headlight. The lamps are a pair of highly polished 3½" spot lights with high intensity, H3 55W bulbs. The spots are easily adjustable for dimming and come with a wire harness including relay to protect bike's circuitry.

This light bar kit appeared to be an economical solution to add driving lights to my Shadow Spirit. The quality appeared good and the fitment and instructions were good as well. This kit has a major flaw however, the cast chrome hollow nut and bolt that connects the lamp to the light bar is poor quality. As I mocked up the assembly on the bike the nut cross threaded and I could not tighten or loosen the bolt. After several phone calls and BBP telling me I had to by another lamp and return the defective one when all I wanted was a replacement nut/ bolt I gave up and they told me I could return it through Cruiser Customizing. When I took apart the kit I discovered the other nut was failing as well. I ultimately decided to return the kit. I would spend a little more next time and get a little higher quality product. Easy to install, but i didn't like the way it was wired so i wired them differntly. had to buy different style lights since i had a longer shield.

I should have gotten these lights years ago. Makes a huge difference when riding at night. Increases safety factor exponentially. An extra set of hands would have made installation easier. I nearly stripped one of the bolts that holds a light in place. Now I'm afraid to make any adjustments to it for fear I will strip it all the way. Otherwise, completely satisfied.

I love this thing! Not beacuse it allows me to see better, but because I feel it allows others to see me better. It looks nice and was fairly easy to install, but lordy, lordy make sure you know what you're tapping into before you hook this thing up to the electical system. It comes with a switch which is virtually useless because there's no place to mount it without drilling about a 5/8" hole. Because I only wanted this to increase my daytime visibility, I hard wired the thing so it runs all the time. Be prepared to do some fiddling with the install if you have a windshield. I found that if I mounted the crossbar upside down, it gave me the clearance I needed. Other than that... awesome!
