It's plastic but it looks good and snaps in place for a tight fit. For $11.01 it's a fair price. It fits my '07 VTX perfectly.

cute item; definitely not a high-quality item in terms of lasting forever, but hey, it's like $6! If it lasts two years, it's worth it! Went on VERY easily (like 10 seconds, and doesn't wiggle) and actually accentuates the horn as much as the photo above indicates. There may be one made of real metal out there, so you may want to think that through if you've got the extra $$$ to spend!

At first look its a peice of plastic with no glue or adhesive to attatch to bike, but must say I've had it on horn cover and it fits so well it doesn't move at all and looks nice so for price its well worth it.
