Great product to assist others in seeing you when braking. It was very easy to install once I located a wiring diagram online pointing out which was the brake wire (green w/ yellow stripe for my bike). Easy as cutting one wire, soldering the box in between, and grounding it. I mounted it under my seat on the fender. Worked great during the daylight as I had my wife follow behind me to see if she could tell the difference. Can't wait to try it out at night.

I feel safer already after only a few miles since putting it on the bike. Definitly feel more visible which is the whole point of the install to begin with.

really easy install. all wires are right under the seat and pleanty of room for the box. I will install the emergency flasher feature at a later date. That feature runs right off the battery so the key does not have to be on If you have any LED's get the XP version and you wont need to buy a load resitor

Really adds to the visibility of the brake light. For installation, I found where the brake wires connected together via bullet connectors on my wiring harness and I crimped on the same style connectors onto the Backoff and then just plugged it inline. I did this so I wouldn't have to hack up my wiring and makes it easy if I want to remove it and put it onto a later bike.

I installed, but didn't have much room under the seat to put the module. All wiring can be done right there under the seat. Just be careful when splicing into all those tightly-spaced wires. Really gets peoples' attention - worth every penny to be seen a lot easlier. Plus, light flash which is cool.
