Excellent quality, adds great visibility for you and your bike. Only down side is having to drill the fender to fish the wires. But an easy trade off for the added safety.

I mounted this "upside down" so the row of lights are at the bottom giving it a little distance from the regular tail light to increase visibility to other drivers. Nice chrome. More safety.

The LED Lights are surprisingly bright. I mounted this "upside down" so the row of lights are at the bottom shining up on the license plate giving the plate a little more illumination and separating it from the stock OEM brake light. It's a true attention getter that improves the bike's visibility to the cagers coming up behind me. I bought it used, and have had it on the bike for about three years now, and the chrome has held up without even a speck of rust. It was a pain in the arse to wire the unit up to work as both a running light and a brake light since I did not have the original wiring diagram, but eventually I was successful. Not only is it a nice safety feature for the bike, it looks cool!

Purchased the Chrome Maryland License Plate version a few days ago. Install was pretty easy, but hate having to put a notch in the plate. doesn't come with inline splices so you have to provide those on your own. The wires and the insulations is a little thin, but i wrapped electrical tape around the length of the wires up to the last 2" for making the connection under the tail light assembly. Looks great on the back of the bike and adds needed rear lighting. should have done this a long time ago.

You may want to buy the Mounting Hardware if you buy this frame. Went to 3 different bike shops trying to find screws to fit, ended up using S/S machine screws. Installed this with the triple whammy, now I have 4 tail/brake lights. The wiring was a challenge to run and keep out of sight. Nice chrome finish. Definitely adds to the rear visibility.

Had to buy it in BC at exorbitant price because plate size is larger than any other in US or Canada. Maryland size not right dimensions. Wouldn't have paid the price if it wasn't worth it. First, it adds tremendous visibility as a running light and especially as a brake light. Even more so with the Back-Off XP modulator installed. Secondly, it simply looks GREAT! Wouldn't have a bike without this & the Back-Off modulator. Bit of a pain to install with having to drill fender to access plate wiring into wheelwell and again from wheelwell back in to access tailight wiring for hook-up. On Roadliner, blue is the running light wire & yellow is the brake light wire. Black - ground. Used 'Posi-Tap' connectors (no cutting/no splicing) to wire in. You only need about a 1/4" of wire available to be able to hook up. If you remove the 2 rear fender bolts & loosen the front 2, the fender will 'hinge' up enough to give you some room to work.

Looks nice and makes the rear end more noticeable. Installed with the LED's on the top and routed the wires between the plate and the frame to hide them. A bit more expensive than I would like to have seen.

A potential "Life saver". Adds tremendous visibility to you and your bike, for drivers behind you. When you are on the brakes, they'll know it, and back off. Adds a classy look to the bike.
