Easy enough install - be sure to buy the chrome flathead screws & nuts at the same time. You'll need to cut a notch through your plate for the wires, but it will be hidden under the top edge of the frame. (Don't just drill a hole through the plate for the wires. If you do, the only way to remove the plate is to completely undo the wiring for the frame, snip the wiring, or try to cut the plate with the wires going thru the hole).
