Wiring was also challenging since I did not want any wiring to show. What I did was ran wire through the fender underneath stock tail light. Picture shows as flat on side but the frame actually had a scroll type of design when it came. Big help on visibility. Took about an hour and a half to install (had to modify my MN license plate). Have the back-off module hooked to it. Looks good but, had to remove the top reflector to get it to fit.
