Have not used it but have seen it used. My buddy woke up the first morning of our 1,200 mile trip with a nail in the rear tire on a Sunday. Purchased this product at a local store. Worked wonderfully. Although I do not recommend it, he filled the punctured tire (tubed) with Slime, air it up with the compressor and road another 900 miles over 3 days. Only lost one pound of air pressure during three days. He pushed the Slime product to the limit and it worked. He still has not gotten the tire fixed and the Slime still works. The compressor is compact and a must have everytime you go out. I'm sold on this one.

Update: I've had this unit for over a year now and although I haven't had to perform an on the road repair, I've used the pump a few times to pump up bike tires. It seems to work very well. The unit is compact and stows easily in a saddlebag. I'll take it along anytime I go on a trip away for home. Excellent insurance.
