As time went by and other priorities, like earning a living, took their toll, the usage dropped and eventually it went into storage and then sold. Being a telecommunications engineer, I suddenly found myself with considerably more free time when the industry took a dump. Been wanting, watching, and waiting for an opportunity to get back on two wheels and it finally surfaced. I didn't get the make or model that I thought I was, excuse the pun, cruising for but fell in love when I first saw this used 2005 Honda VTX1800N that now has my name on the title. That 1795cc engine has more than ample power, the tranny shifts smoother than any other bike I have ridden, and the style uniquely stands out from the crowd. It came with many add-ons thanks to the previous owner but still has potential for more. Now, you can call but I'm seldom home and if I am, I'm usually washing, waxing, or customizing. I had not realized how much I missed riding! |
