Clear ones will vibrate something fierce at certain RPM's, You will have to put a rubber piece around the round mount where the plexiglass vibrates against it, otherwise it WILL drive you crazy!

I bought a set of these, ball milled. Once I tried to install I found out that they will hit the highway bars. I later found out that even the stock lowers will not work as well. I found this very odd since Yamaha makes the highway bar that will not except any type of lower, and I'm in need of lowers to stop the turbulence that circulates behind my shield. Once I figure out this puzzls.e I will post for other rider

Great addition to the factory windshield, blocks the wind coming over your knees and into your face. A real nice addition. They could block a bit more wind if they were adjustable on the mounts, but they are the best out there for what they are designed to do.

I got these and the seem OK. I had only the right one on for a week and did not see much difference. Wind comes over the top of them. After ordering, I read about Bucks Windshield Lowers on www.roadstarmagazine.com and they look like they would be better at wind blocking. for info, go to www.roadstarmagazine.com/rev_bucklowers.shtml or e-mail buck1@twmi.rr.com for info. www.cycle-parts.om has given great service

These along with the addition of the tall windshield have completely eliminated any uncomfortable head buffeting at highway speeds. Well worth the investment
