Handy! Not too big, keeps my sport bike lookin sporty. I didnt want the bagger look so these are just right. I have yet to use the trunk bag but I use the side bags all the time. You can put them on or take them off in 2 min. SWEET !

Not much for a luggage when touring, but works great for shorter day rides. Easy to mount and take off.

Best thing out there for this bike. Not a ton of room, but just perfect for stashing gloves or a liner.

Good bags, worked great for with the stock muffler. If I knew I was going to change out the large stock canon for Vance & Hines Big Shots after 6 weeks of owning the bike I would have waited and put larger bags on. During installation I had to modify the plastic inserts for the bottom, they were to large and wouldn't fit, had to be cut, also, stiching was bad I had to rip a stich and restich it, defect from factor, but didn't want to deal with sending back for new one, might have had the same problem. Wasn't hard to fix just a pain to have to do. They are handy to have, I perfer the looks of bike with out them, but when you need some storage they do the trick and the back bag easily unhooks so you can carry it with you as a travel bag.

I have been using this system for over a year now and am very pleased with it. It is definitely not for "long haul" travel. Each side bag is just big enough to hold some miscellaneous items...a bottle of wine, loaf of bread, you get the picture;-) but the rear bag tends to make up for them and allows you to get away for the weekend, but only in good weather. If you needed to change in and out of a leather jacket or chaps, it would not be big enough. I have added the tank bag and a net and can make it a week plus now. If you were being practical, "normal" saddle bags would be the way to go - but there is nothing "normal" about a Warrior.

Below is my original post about these bags from Dec 03. It's now April of 04 and I have used the bags quite a bit. I am really impressed with them. They are holding up great and the bag on the exhaust side is not showing any signs of overheating etc... I have found riding much more enjoyable now because I can dress warm in the morning and as it warms up I can shed layers and have a place to put them. I would definately buy these bags if I had it to do over again! ******************** I just got them and put them on (12/21/03). Haven't even ridden with them yet (too cold). From what I can see I really like. I guess going from ZERO storage to 2500 ci of storage is a lot. A full face helmet absolutely will fit in the top bag with room for more! (not to mention you can stuff the helmet full before putting it in the bag). The side just above the exhaust worries me a litle, I'll have to wait and see how that turns out. Since I don't know how durable this item will be, I m...

It's a great bag system, not too big, not too small. Excellent for 1 person trip (my wife would need a minivan...). Easy to install and easy to clean. You can even cook good spaghetti in your right side bag (heehee).

These bags have worked out well, good storage for the trips to the grocery store. Unfortunately the Arizona sun has already faded the bags out.

I like these bags, but wish I had waited until after the V&H Bigshots were installed so I could put on bigger, hard mounted, leather bags.

These bags may not work for everyone, but they suit my needs for daily office commuting. Overall, good capacity and easy to fit/remove. Installing "stiffeners" in the side bags is a bit of task and requires patience. Instructions are essentially non-existent and Yamaha could do a better job in that regard.
