This item is for the 2 lights only; doesn't include the mounting bar or turning lights shown in the item photo. Setting the tilt angle of these lights isn't the best but it can be done somewhat because of the concave washers on the mount. I just installed the the halogens with PIAA bulbs. WOW!!!! The difference is unbelievable. I think they're putting out as much light as a car. In my book, it was well worth the cost.
