You have to remove the lens to loosen the nut inside the light bucket to adjust them and then put it all back together and if you're still not happy you get to do it all over again. Pretty ridiculous design if you ask me. I found the chrome to be pretty inferior on mine, they started to pit after the first summer even though I regularly wash and shine. They do look good once you get them mounted and aligned but not worth the money if you ask me. And at only 35 watts a bulb they don't really add all that much extra light in my opinion. While putting the lights on the ratched hit the light and left a dent. Made of very thin metal.
