It looks just fine - have had it on the bike for almost one year now. I did notice a very tiny spot of rust in a not so easy to see location on the luggage rack when I was washing my bike tonight - hopefully it will not get any worse. Took a little more effort to install on the 2004 Silverado. Note that there are differences in locations of bolt holes for this rack on 2004 vs 2003 Silverado.
