This is a really nice item that protects the tank section closest to the rider. My only real complaint is that the leather stretches with the different temps so at times it is not flush with the tank. It's no big deal and I'm sure there is not much that can be done about it. It looks really good on the bike and is functional too. If you are wondering how it attaches you have two velcro adhesive strips you attach to the bottom of the tank and the mini cover has velcro on the ends.

Very well worth the money! Especially the long-legged guys. Protects the tank paint job from rubbing pants, especially rain pants. Looks good too.
