My original 10 year old mount cracked on a weld. The replacement is relatively easy to fit. Feeding the wires through is a little fiddly. I first wrapped the wires in flexible black heat shrink tube (but did not heat shrink it), put some back electrical tape on the ends to keep it all together, then fed it through the mount and into the headlight, then back out again to the other side (you'll know what I mean when you try it yourself). However, installation time is increased dramatically because the flasher adapters are not the same diameter as the original flasher mount so you have to stretch the female end of the flasher in order for it to fit running the risk of cracking the flasher.
