(4 stars) reviewed on 11/21/07 byRBW (Watchorn) from Fairview, AB, Canada, for a 2003 1300 Royal Star Venture wrote: Be sure to use a relay to turn on/off. They are a major pain to get set, but after your done it's a nice addition. Had a little trouble with one signal light holding water, changed gasket and was okay. It's nice to be able to turn the on and be seen. I use them when a vehicle is turning on to my lane. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(4 stars) reviewed on 07/06/07 byPAT (CHROME4KS) from Norfolk, VA, United States, for a 2006 Midnight Venture 1300 Royal Star Venture wrote: This is not too hard to do if you take your time. Just be careful and go s-l-o-w drilling the hole for the switch, because regular drill bits tend to "grab" and plow through plastic leaving cracks or ragged holes. (A drill bit for plastic or fiberglass has a "0" pitch) I incorporated a relay and tri-bar lamps with 55W halogen bulbs in mine. They are way brighter than the stock incandescent seal beams and still fit in the Yamaha housings . But if you do this USE A RELAY! Review Details 1 out of 1 members found this review helpful.
