I did the blue running light mod to the lower 5 watt bulbs. Like that!. Use the LinerWiki step by step photo instructions to help you as the factory instruction leave you scratching your head a few times. Folks on delphi claim the wire harness included has tendancies to melt. I made my own and intalled a blade fuse under the top headlight cover for easy access if it should blow. The bottom two screws are blocked by the light bar. So be aware. Some have left them out opting for zip ties. Next time I have them apart, I am going to use braided cable instead of the shrinkwrap for the wires that come out the back of the turnsignals and go into the light bar. This light bar blocks your access to the screws that you need to remove to get the headlight lens off. What a pain to have to remove the entire lightbar everything you need to get into your headlight housing. Plus, the bulbs are a pain to change. They came with my bike when I bought it used. I would have preferred to mount lights to my engine guards. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
