Love these bars. Lower rise and wider stance make these muck more comfortable than stock. Easier to handle the bike with these bars. Taller riders may have knee interference.

Lower set and more comfy...they offer more pull back then stock...if you are a tall rider they will hit your knees on tight turns....need extended risers or floor board relocation kit.

I added the Road Star handlebars after checking them out on a friends bike. They add some pullback and give a better riding position.

Best Upgrade yet...the bars sit lower and farther back so you do not have to reach for them.. they are kinda like beach bars with out the extreme turn in on the ends........You need to upgrade to footboard/forward control relocation kit so your knees don't hit the bars on full lock if you are tall stature.....Yamaha quality and direct bolt on with no mods at all, all cables work and so did my stock grips on my year...........

Not bad! Chrome is shiny and bright -- a few blemishes on bar, but hardly noticeable unless you get real close. Provides extra leverage in turning; more comfortable since bars are closer to rider and lower than stock.

Great retro look & comfort too. Not quite as wide as the Flanders beach bar. If I could have compared them side by side, I may have gone wider (33 1/2 compared to 36)
