User friendly online ordering experience. I also like the fact that your customer service is responsive. I have ordered from other sites that never respond to requests for information. With a previous order (this specific order came faster than I expected, so I didn't have any questions), I sent an email asking for info and received a response the very next day. The response was personalized and even explained which item on my order was backlogged and when I could expect to receive the complete order. PERFECT! Not blowing smoke or anything, but I have stopped using alternate websites because of your customer service. The products can be ordered from multiple locations. Your customer service is the differentiator. Keep up the good work!

My husband was very excited with the orders he received for his birthday on the 15th of Dec. and then the balance of his order for Christmas. The staff was very friendly with the online chat. I could not believe how fast the delivery was for two large cartons from America to Australia. It was seven days from time of purchase to my door. It was easy to find the right parts for my husband's motorcycle.
