I am replacing a old pair of tourmaster plain square bags with this studded model I'm really happy with the continued quality and design. New feature for me are the securing straps which have clip on ends and easily loop around the frame or chrome side pieces. My 6 year old bags had nylon loops and ties. I choice these and other pieces over the mustang saddlebags (I have a new mustang seat) because: 1. mustang didn't have square saddle bags for my bike. 2. I really like design of the luggage that tourmaster and they have a bigger variety of pieces 3. The price over all was better... 4. Although the studded are smaller and conchos are styled different they look OK with the seat.

Nice fit on the vtx. Hold up great except for seam at top of bags started to leak during rains. (threads coming loose)

Good quality bags. Really need slants though the way the shocks are, but they have a padded back so dosent scratch the chrome.
