Really keep the rain out of your boots. NICE. Only complaint I have is that the part that fits under the ball of your foot/boot is VERY slippery in the rain, especially if you put your foot down on any painted surface (crosswalk bars, etc.) But they sure beat the heck out of riding with wet feet.
