Only complaint I have is that the part that fits under the ball of your foot/boot is VERY slippery in the rain, especially if you put your foot down on any painted surface (crosswalk bars, etc.) But they sure beat the heck out of riding with wet feet. They have an open bottom style so the tread on your boots will actually touch the ground, There is a section for your toe to fit in and a strap to go under your boot.
