Heavy Rain

The Tourmaster Sonora Air (size XL) black jacket and the Tourmaster mesh waterproof gloves, test ride. The jacket and gloves arrived in time for a wet weather ride from the coast NSW at Port Macquarie, west over the mountains to Tamworth approximately 275km. I started the journey with four other riders all with different brands of gear.
I had removed the Tourmaster jacket thermal liner as I thought the temperature would be mild 22 deg c. we headed out in heavy rain. The first stop after about 40 minutes for a coffee break in the mountains at Gingers Creek, the temperature had dropped about 8 deg c. by this time I was shaking from cold and the rain which had eventually penetrated my jacket as I was soaked. I removed my jacket and now included the thermo liner and hugged a hot cuppa coffee. (Everyone was soaked through)

I live in Central Florida and was looking for a jacket that provided great protection along with good air flow. My jacket arrived a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. I took the liners out and wear it on the warmest of days and it's like really cool. I love this jacket.
