I bought the heated tourmaster gloves in the winter of 2007 and recieved the glove control unit along with the gloves. Long story short the wiring came out of the black male end of the unit and rendered the left glove useless in regards to heat. I emailed tourmaster and sent them a picture with a description of the problem and I am glad to say they sent me a new control unit with no questions asked. In addition, they informed me they had upgraded the unit due to some initial defects and sent me the new upgraded unit free of charge. Needless to say I was and am very pleased with their response and will keep doing business with them in the future.
