CruiserCustomizing Staff Pick
Note: The Vista Cruise is a basic cruise control device that locks the throttle in a set position. Failure to manually disengage the device in an emergency situation will result in the throttle remaining open to set position and could result in injury, death or a nasty crash. The Cruiser Customizing Staff recommends the BrakeAway Cruise Control Device over the Vista Cruise because it will automatically disengage when the front brake is applied and it is the safest most fool proof cruise control device available. Great product unbeatable price! I recommend this control for those of us who can't afford the Breakaway products version. I use Kuryakyn ISO grips on my 750 Aero and the installation was simple and took less than fifteen minutes.

Great function for little money

Throttle lock works great.  It is a nice feature upgrade for little expense.(~$30).
It is nice to be able to remove my hand from the throttle while riding.
Easy to install.

Worth every cent.

I have installed this throttle lock on 3 different bikes, two of which are mine.  It is not a cruise control, but it will allow you to rest your throttle hand and not lose to many mph if you use a little common sense when using.  I'm sure a lot of people spend big bucks for the one that releases when you apply your brakes, but I have used this simple universal lock for several years without any problems.  I highly recommend this product for anyone who does not have a cruise control on their bike.

Great Addition

The first couple of months I started thinking about what great additions that motorcycles could take advantage of and cruise control was one of those things I thought could ONLY be controlled by a fancy integrated electronic control found on more expensive touring bikes.... boy i was wrong..
$30 and slapped this thing on... wow... I CAN RIDE WITH NO HANDS NOW!!! hahah jk!!! (well i did try) and its just nice to know I have cruise control whenever I need it from now on!

I think so, believe they are adjustable. I've used this for ages on my Valkyrie. Next time I go cruise control however I will upgrade to the 200 dollar item that automatically disengages when the brakes are put. But for now, I'll settle for this.

These units are a universal fit and will fit supposedly all bikes on the market, they fit some better than others, I personally use a Go Cruise Throttle Lock Motorcycle Cruise (ebay) these are cheap and easy to use. there are also others on the market depending on your budget.

I can't say for sure sense I have this on a honda, but its pretty universal, should work if your handle bars are 1 inch od, if you look at current pic it gives you a good idea how this attaches to handle bars and throttle
