I had the same problem as everyone else; the left header did not fit into the left muffler. It will require grinding to fit. Install is quick, but not "plug & play". Use new exhaust gaskets and expect to take about 2 hours to install. After a jet kit and the exhaust modification I got a 20 percent increase in fuel economy and the additional horsepower is great too. I get plenty of compliments about the look and sound. Many riders have said "that sounds like a Harley". I would recommend this update as a very high priority to improve the look, sound and performance of your bike.

This should have been the first thing I put on the Nomad. Great sound, not too loud, but sounds like a real motorcycle now. Good looking chrome. I installed them myself, not hard to do, took my time and in a few hours I had them all ready to go.
