Contrary to belief, they WILL fit a 2004 - current (1700cc) Road Star. I have had them for over a month now and they seem to be getting "softer" in their loudness, but are getting deeper. With or without baffles doesn't seem to make much difference. They are Loud!! Exactly what I was looking for. Only problem I had was getting the heat shields on with the supplied hose clamps.
