Nice product

Works well but a constant tweeking must be done to keep tension on the grip. Also, a little tricky to install as all parts must be put together and front brake reservoir had to be moved to get it on.

To be advised - fitted and heading of over Xmas on a 5600km trip riding many good roads including Mt Panorma, The Dandenongs, The Great Ocean Road and the South Australian Wine area. Should come in very handy.

Just put it on my bike. It does what it says. It was a little bit difficult to install. I have the Yamaha chrome grips and I had to trim the small filler quite a bit to get it to work. Once I got past that it was all smooth sailing with the rest of the install. It should really help on long rides.

Intructions are vague, mainly because they are not model specific, but over all an easy install. Looks good, concerned about the position of the locking mechanism being in the way of the starter switch.

At first did not like the product. It does not hold the throttle in possition long enough.but then I thought it should be used in short periods of time since one should maintain the hands on the bars at all times.it helps if I need to repossition my helmet or sun glasses.I`ll keep it.

Great for giving your throttle hand a little break on an open stretch of road. For the most part it was easy for even a novice like me to install.

A must have item if you plan for long road trips. It does allow you to rest your arm and grip. Excellent price. Had to make a few adjustments after testing it a few times. Highly recommend this product. Great for highways but will need to adjust the throttle when you encounter inclines.

This isn't as nice as the BreakAway, but it is about 20% the price. Easy to install and works as advertised. I don't know how I rode this long without a throttle lock of some type.

For those of you who like to take the longer trips and are on the open road...cruise control is a must have. I love this cruise control. The price is unbeatable and the rest you are able to give your hand is unparalleled. The drawback to this item specific to my bike is that you have to position it in an odd place because the switchbox on the VStar 1300 is bigger than most so it doesn't fit exactly over the box where you would like it...the arm of my cruise control is on the top of my switchbox. On my Vulcan 900 it fit over the switchbox perfectly. Depending on your aftermarket grips you may have a little difficulty getting the rubber spacer in the correct place to fit between the grip and the cruise control. I have the Kuryakyn ISO grips, so I had to shave down some of the rubber to get it to fit in properly...not a problem and well worth the effort. I would highly recommend this product to everyone!

Fitted easily to my ISO grips. Have to modify the rubber filler greatly, Manufacturer claims you need special filler for Kuryakyn ISO grips. did without. The only down side on my C90 was it interfered a little accessing the starter button. Nice to give the right hand a break.

Just got the Universal Vista Cruise Control. This is a utilitarian Product. I am not thrilled with the looks, it is kind of ugly to look at. I would rather Vista Cruise make a 1 inch version of the smaller throttle lock so there isn't the bar reaching across the switch housing. Also assembly is fairly easy. Just had a bit of an issue with having to cut down the rubber insert for my VTX. A bit of elbow grease required to get it in.
