They are not completely water-proof however, so we put our stuff in big zipper type plastic travel bags. They are easier to keep clean and take care of and I like them better than real leather. Hard time to get to fit under seat. Cut straps to butt together to reduce bulk. Need to find a way to get bags to not sag. I want them sit up stright.Up date; I mounted bags on 1/8" plexaglass cut to shape, then mounted on studs coming from reflector holes and old turn signal holes. Worked great, hang right and solid. I don't think they will fit on a Shadow Spirit with Stock exhaust. My Hard Krome Kickers give me a bit more room. You will also need to relocate the Turn signals.
