They are too small to carry a leather jacket or any other necessary gear. You can tell that they are bargain bin bags every time you look at them. If you just throw them on once and awhile to tote a few small items and you don't car about style they will work for that. I have used mine 3 times in 2 years. You get what you pay for! Made my own brackets out of 1" x 1/4" sheet metal. Just primed them and painted gloss black. Looks great and only coost about $5 and the beer I drank to fabricate them.
