I also have the tool bag, and if there's any grey on your bike these will really bring it out and look sharp together. They have fair stiffeners inside to help keep shape, and there is a second cover or lid inside in addition to the strap-down covers. Very well proportioned for ACE 750 or like bike, and fit nicely behind the ACE's shocks. With some added hardware, looks like they would be easy to hard mount and last long enough to be work the effort. Got mine on e-bay as an overstock.
