I was ready to send it back because of the absolutely ridiculous and cheap as heck straps. Are you kidding me? I decided to keep it since when I read the other reviews that said they used zip ties. That works good but I don't like them on my chrome. We are going on a 2K mile road trip in two days so I need a place for sunglasses and cell phones. I'll probably throw it away when we get back.
