The Hooker is a very good concept but will work best when the pillion part of the seat/pillion pad is wide enought to cover the whole Hooker and make it stable. The seat on my Fat Bob tapers towards the back so the rear-most D rings are not held firmly aganist the fender. This made the bag move around a bit. However, problem solved by using Rok straps as additional ties.
