I bought the Yamaha version. it has a switch clip for a fastener which doesn't rust. It keeps the little things dry too and is handy for the phone, shades, earplugs and even a camera! I lost a bolt out of the windscreen though over some rough roads so I'd recommende putting 'loctite' on the screws to keep it in place.
